Happy 2025 everyone!
Last December 9th I had the honor and pleasure to participate in the II Enterprise Architecture Forum with a conference titled: “Mindful Digital Transformation: Integrating Generative AI from Architecture“.
In a world where Generative AI is reshaping enterprises at an unprecedented speed, I presented my point of view on how Enterprise Architecture can be the compass in the midst of so much complexity.
We discussed how a structured approach can translate technological disruption into sustainable strategic opportunities. Some key points we addressed were:
- The need for an evolutionary vision, as opposed to “big bang” disruptive approaches.
- The coexistence and relationship between mature and emerging technologies.
- The development of Generative AI enterprise platforms as true business ecosystems.
- The importance of aligning these initiatives with value generation for the company.

Because it's not just about implementing technology, but doing so with clear purpose and direction, building robust platforms that balance not only innovation, but also short and long term results.
