A few days ago David Vellante posted a summary in LinkedIn about a Breaking Analysis from theCUBE Research about the state of things after the Broadcom acquisition.
👉🏻 In addition to the ideas shared on that piece of work, I also see the convergence of three trends as major drivers for Workload Modernization (Hybrid Multicloud adoption):
1. VMware “exits”.
2. The enforcement of EU-DORA regulations as an accelerator.
3. The combined capabilities of IaaS and PaaS under a single Control Plane powered by GenAI (i.e. OpenShift Virtualization) .
💡We will see how it plays out in the end. But, it seems to me that value that we can get from this Transformation potential can be phenomenal …
